From time to time, a critic's review needs to be deleted from the system so that they can either correct, lengthen, or completely re-submit. Typically you'll be deleting a review because the length requirements weren't met (Less than 300 or more than 600).

Steps:

  1. As soon as the reviews are in, go through them quickly noting the word count. Locate the critics' reviews who need to be removed due length requirements.
  2. Use the boiler plate e-mail below and address it to:
    1. The Critic
    2. CC'ing the Advisor, Lead Critic, and regional admin mailing list (Admin<code>@cappies)
  3. Insert the appropriate information into the boiler plate message updating the areas in <>'s
  4. On the critic's school page, copy his username and paste it on "Delete Review" (go to main menu then the button is under "Reviews")
  5. Delete the review, return to Main Menu
  6. Return to your e-mail draft and hit SEND
