From time to time, a critic's review needs to be deleted from the system so that they can either correct, lengthen, or completely re-submit. Typically you'll be deleting a review because the length requirements weren't met (Less than 300 or more than 600).
Step-by-step guide
Deleting a review:
- As soon as the reviews are in, go through them quickly noting the word count. Locate the critics' reviews who need to be removed due length requirements.
- Use the boiler plate e-mail below and address it to:
- The Critic
- CC'ing the Advisor, Lead Critic, and regional admin mailing list (Admin<code>@cappies)
- Insert the appropriate information into the boiler plate message updating the areas in <>'s
- On the critic's school page, copy his username and paste it on "Delete Review" (go to main menu then the button is under "Reviews")
- Delete the review, return to Main Menu
- Return to your e-mail draft and hit SEND

Although you submitted your review for <school>'s show on time, it was under the 300 word limit at only <count> words. Your review has been deleted from CIS. Please keep your reviews between 300 and 600 words in the future.
